How much does it cost to join?+
Nothing. Applying and listing on Vaniffy is free. We only earn when you complete a job — through our margin between the customer price and your payout.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts are processed by bank transfer once a move is marked complete and the customer has paid the final instalment. Most operators are paid within 3 business days of delivery.
Do I have to take every job?+
No. You choose which jobs to accept from the ones that match your routes and capacity. There are no minimum monthly volumes.
What about customs paperwork for EU moves?+
We handle the customer-side paperwork (T1, packing lists, inventory) and brief you on documents to carry. Post-Brexit admin is part of why customers come to us — and why we need experienced operators.
Can I run sub-contracted vehicles?+
Yes, provided every vehicle and driver meets our insurance and vetting standards. You remain the responsible party on each job.
