How long does it take to get a quote?

Most quotes go out within 2-4 business hours. More complex moves (specialty items, fine art, pianos) may take a little longer while we match you with the right specialist operator.

Do I pay the full amount upfront?

No. We split payments across 30% deposit when you confirm, 35% roughly two weeks before collection, and 35% on delivery day. Everything runs through secure Stripe checkout.

What happens if my dates change?

Talk to your coordinator as early as possible. Most operators can flex dates by a few days without extra cost if you give enough notice. Short-notice changes may incur a small fee depending on the operator.

Are the operators really vetted?

Yes. Every operator provides insurance documents, proof of compliance, trade references, and passes a quality review before they're allowed to take jobs on the platform.
