# Vaniffy > Vaniffy is a UK-based removals brokerage. Customers request UK-local or > UK ↔ Europe house and office moves online; Vaniffy prices the job, > assigns a vetted operator, and manages the booking, payments and > communication end-to-end. Vaniffy is not a price-comparison marketplace > and not a fleet operator — it sits between the customer and a curated > network of moving companies. ## What Vaniffy does - House and office removals in the UK and between the UK and EU countries (Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, plus return loads). - Service types: dedicated van, part-load (shared van), packing, storage, helpers / man-with-a-van. - All operators are vetted (insurance, licences, references, background checks). Customer details are released to the operator only after acceptance. - Payment is split 30 / 35 / 35: 30% deposit on booking, 35% about two weeks before collection, 35% on delivery day. Stripe-hosted checkout. - All prices are inclusive of fuel, tolls, and standard insurance unless stated otherwise. Customs handling is included on EU moves. ## How to get a quote 1. Customer (or guest) submits a request at with origin, destination, date window, property size and notes. 2. Vaniffy responds with a fixed quote (typically within hours). 3.
